WINTRUST Purse and Bag Policy

Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Purses, bags or containers larger than a small clutch bag (a clutch bag is 4.5″ x
    6.5″ or 6.5″ x 4.5″, approximately the size of a hand without a strap).
  •  Camera bags
  • Cinch bags
  • Briefcases
  • Computer bags
  • Backpacks
  • Coolers (including thermos)
  • Fanny packs
  •  Luggage of any kind

Wintrust has a very strong purse and bag policy to protect the patrons of the facility. We have partnered with them to help reinforce their policy. Conference registration will include a clear plastic tote that will meet the requirements. Failure to adhere to this policy will delay your entry as you will have to return your bags to your vehicle.

RECORDING POLICY

We ask that all attendees refrain from broadcasting our day sessions. We will have sessions available for purchase and recap

ATTIRE

We encourage you to wear what you are comfortable and yet modest to enjoy the conference. Some come in formal church attire while some may come in ripped jeans.

CHILDCARE

Can I bring my children?
Registration for ages 13-17 years old is $55. Children 12 and under are free.

What are the ages for my children to get in free?
We want your children to be prepared to change the world! Ages 12 and under are free.

Do I have to pay for VIP seating for my children if I Pay for VIP?
If your child is 13-17 years old, you will need to pay for VIP as it managed per seat. If your child is 12 and under, please let us know via email at events@allnationswa.com Subject CHILD VIP by October 10 so that we adjust the seating accordingly.

Will there be childcare provided?
There will not be childcare during the weekend as we hope that you will keep your children with you to experience the conference together as a family. This is also a time for our children’s department to prepare for FIRE Kids conference in
January.

Registration and Attendance

When will I be able to pick up my WCS shirt?
We can’t wait to give you your pre-purchased shirt and will be able to provide it upon your checkin. Shirt size change will not be available at checkin.

I didn’t pre-purchase a shirt. How can I get one?
We are glad you asked! We will have a full WCS bookstore with shirts and
media items for purchase throughout the weekend. The bookstore will be open in between sessions.

If I can not attend the conference can I get a refund?
We are sorry to hear that you are unable to attend the conference. Tickets are non refundable and can not be transferred to another event. You may transfer to a friend/family member that you identity. You will need to send us an email before October 10 th in order to allow for us to process.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
You may transfer to a friend/family member that you identity. You will need to send us an email before October 10 th in order to allow for us to process.

Can I transfer my deliverance/prophetic time to someone else?
Our ministry teams are honored to be able to serve you but if you are unable to make your ministry time, you are able to give your time card slot to your friend. You will forfeit your ability to receive ministry but will have the opportunity to let someone else receive.

If I lose my badge can I get another badge?
Oh Noo! Please hold on to your badge for the full weekend. This gives you access to the day sessions and helps our team to serve you well. If for some reason you loose your badge, there will be a $50 replacement fee. So wear it proudly the whole weekend so you don’t loose it.

Is there a cost difference if you register at the door?

What does my registration include?
Attendance to day sessions on Friday October 19 and October 20

*VIP registration provides access to floor seating that is reserved for the full conference. No need to stand in line as the section is reserved. Note: Specific seats are not reserved; only the section.

What is the conference schedule?

Conference Seating
There is plenty of seating at the Wintrust Arena; up to 10,000 seats.
The arena will need to be cleared during the break in between the daytime and evening service so that our teams can prepare.
Seats will not be able to be held once the start of service has begun.

Clergy Seating
We have seating reserved for current members of the ANN. If you are a senior pastor and interested in joining the network, feel free to contact

All other senior leaders are welcome to let our conference service team know
that you have joined us for the weekend to be seated on first come first serve
during the evening service.

Wintrust Arena Building Availability

Venue Accessibility
Wintrust Arena is handicap accessible.

Seating for hearing impaired is available. Please communicate to one of our
conference service team members so we can escort you appropriately.

When do the doors open for the day sessions?
Bright and early 7:30am

When do the doors open for night sessions?
Night sessions are free and open to the public. Doors open at 6:30pm for
registered conference attendees and evening session

Where is the lost and found?
Lost and Found will be at the registration desk. Items lost during the weekend
will only be held until Saturday at midnight. Otherwise, they will be turned in to
the facility for disposal.

Can I bring food/drink in the venue?
Wintrust Arena does not allow outside food or drink on the premises. There will
be concession stands available for individual purchase during lunch.

Will the arena be closed during breaks?
The main area will be closed during breaks in order to refresh and prepare for
evening services but you are able to stay inside the building.

 

Parking & Transportation Options

Parking Lot A (2301 South Prairie Avenue, Chicago, IL 60616)

Parking Lot A (8′ height clearance) is a six level garage with 2,100 parking spaces located on Martin Luther King Drive, adjacent to the West Building. Covered walkways from Lot A leading directly into McCormick Place and the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Hotel also provide added convenience. The parking rate is $23 for up to 16 hours and $36 from 16 to 24 hours.* There are no in-and-out privileges. Overnight parking is available in Lot A only. Lost tickets will pay the $36 (overnight) fee per day.

Is there transportation from the hotels to the venue?
There will be a shuttle service from Chicago South Loop and Holiday Inn hotels
to/from the venue Thursday-Saturday. Please see the hotel lobby for the
schedule.

There will not be transportation to ANWA Chicago on Sunday.

Do you help people find rides/ hotel partners?
We encourage you to network and get to know your fellow WCS family. WCS
Conference team will not be able to provide or search for rides or hotels.

Public transportation
Wintrust Arena is located in the South Loop of Chicago and can be reached via
public transportation. Please see http://www.chicagotransitauthority.com for schedules and more information.

Conference Vendors

The ANWA Bookstore will be available to purchase conference shirts, cds of
conference day sessions and additional ANWA paraphernalia.

Will there be vendors onsite?
There will be a variety of approved third party vendors available to purchase
items directly. ANWA is not responsible for the procurement process and will not
be held liable for the interaction.

How can I be a vendor?
Vendor registration is available via the Sponsor/Vendor button on our website.
Once approved a fee of $500 will be assessed.

ANWA Chicago Sunday Service

Sunday service will be at ANWA Chicago located at 7359 S. Chappel Ave.
Parking is limited and we ask that you adhere to the parking restrictions in the
neighborhood to avoid tickets.

Service Time
Service will be at 8:00am and 10:30am
Sanctuary doors will open at 7:30am and 10:00am

Can I store my luggage at the church on Sunday during service?
We understand that you may stop by ANWA on your way to the airport on Sunday. We will have a checkin/checkout service for luggage for Sunday, October 21 st only.

Is the church Sunday service handicap accessible?
Our beloved location on Chappel has a plethora of stairs. Unfortunately, we do not have an elevator and can be a challenge for those that have difficulty.
